Dues

We are a voluntary membership organization with annual dues currently set at $30.

HOW IS THAT MONEY SPENT? Various supplies are needed to support the annual Spring Clean-up, our annual Neighborhood meeting, the doggie stations at Higgins Grove, and the Summer Social. We occassionally publish a newsletter "The Magpie", so that incurs printing & mailing expenses. We have various other small projects like putting gravel at the roadside mailbox areas. We also pay for Directors & Officers Liability Insurance and a nominal fee for this website.

The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers. The Bylaws provide for the Board to adjust the annual dues as needed, but so far it remains at $30.
